The unique love story of Viren and Nivedita and the mystery element surrounding the different charecters in this Serial makes CCBM worth watching.Дaughter of Keshav Sharma and Wife of Viren Sood After the entry of Kinshuk Mahajan, I have been watching CCBM regularly and also watched all the previous episodes I missed to have a better understanding of the Story. The Character of Viren Sood played by Kinshuk Mahajan literally added life and spice to the dead Serial with low TRPвЂ™s. But by September 2010 end some Promos of the Show came which featured Kinshuk Mahajan who had played the role of Ranvir in the Rajan Shahi Show Bidhaii which motivated me to start watching CCBM again and this time I was not disappointed. So I quit watching CCBM after 2-3 weeks as I found it boring and not worth watching. I was not seeing any sign of the girl gaining confidence or standing up for herself in the company of the guy who always dominated and treated her like a helpless doll and even called her Putul (which means doll in Bengali). The story showed the main female protagonist Nivedita Sharma (Neha Sargam) who is a shy girl with Crowd phobia hailing from a middle class family in Shimla falling in love with Siddharth Sood (Abhishek Tewari) who is her neighbor and childhood friend. But after watching a few episodes of the Serial, I was thoroughly disappointed because I felt there was nothing new in the story the way it was headed. Both these Serials where Rajan Shahi introduced newcomers attracted viewers and gained high TRPвЂ™s so I was sure that Chand Chupa Badal Mein too (CCBM) would be no exception. While Bidai dealt with the story of two sisters (one dark and the other fair) YRKKH is about love after marriage. These all cost about в‚№ 3 crores to construct.What further motivated me into watching the Serial was that it was from Rajan Shahi who has given the viewers many successful family Dramas like Bidaai and Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlatha Hai.

The story being based on backdrop of Shimla, a set of Shimla was created in 35,000 sq feet area in Mumbai Film City for shooting the series with about planting of 200 trees the sets of mountains, streams and wooden cottages with rooms were also created to recreate Shimla. Some scenes were shot in the environs of Himachal Pradesh. He also lent his voice to the promotions of the show. Poet and lyricist Javed Akhtar introduced the show with a recitation. The shy Nivi blossoms into a confident woman with the help of Viren, meeting challenges with unshakable optimism. Their lives take many more twists and turn from there. When Nivi discovers Viren's real intentions, she transforms him and brings him closer to his family. However, gradually both Nivi and Viren start caring for each other. Later, it is revealed that Viren married Nivi to take revenge against Siddharth and his family. And Nivi marries Siddharth's cousin Viren. Under pressure from his family and hurt by Nivi's rejection, Siddharth marries Divya. But on discovering that her cousin Divya also loves Siddharth, Nivi unhesitatingly sacrifices her love by pretending that she is indifferent to him. Nivedita meets her childhood friend Siddharth Sood after many years, and the two fall in love with each other. Since then, she has been living with her grandmother, father and younger brother. She lost her mother when she was a little girl. She is kind, sweet, responsible, but also nervous and reserved.
